a tender embrace in the heart of it all
romantic setting absolute delight gentle experience
The location was divine for us, a romantic setting. breakfast was an absolute delight, a spread that sparked joy! i spent time at the pool and hammam. It was such a gentle experience. the staff showed such kindness, greeting us from our arrival until our departure.
the lights in the corridors sometimes didn't work, activated by voice. the concierge didn't always reply to emails very quickly. the hotel porter wasn't always quick to notice things at the entrance.

The hotel staff provided water bottles daily. The pool area created a relaxing atmosphere. A friend received complimentary treats at the treatment center.

underwhelming stay, issues with service and room conditions
broken usbs smoking floor
I found several issues . the lack of hot water in the room was REALLY frustrating after arriving late. I expected better for the price. the room also smelled strongly of smoke, despite being on a supposed non-smoking floor. many of the usb ports were broken, and only one electrical outlet worked, INCONVENIENT.

Decent hotel, some issues
great location friendly staff small touches rude bartender small lobby unfriendly bar
The hotel is in a very good location. It is within walking distance of the Louvre and Les Halles shopping centre. The staff members are wonderful and attentive. The room included night balm on the pillow and fresh juice in the fridge.
The bar was not very accommodating. The bartender was arrogant and rude to us. We could not sit in the bar because it was also the restaurant. The bartender made us sit in the small lobby. We never tried the bar again.
